Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Zenée. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below.

1. Order Confirmation
All orders placed on Zenée are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion. A confirmation email does not constitute a binding contract until the order has been dispatched.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Zenée reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

3. No-Refund Policy

All sales made through Zenée are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any order once it has been placed, except in the single circumstance described in Section 4 below.

We strongly encourage customers to review size guides, product descriptions, and images carefully before purchasing. Dissatisfaction with colour perception due to screen settings, a change of mind, or incorrect size selection by the customer does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

4. Wrong Order — The Only Exception

A refund or replacement will be considered exclusively in the event that Zenée dispatches an item that is materially different from what was ordered (e.g. a
different product, style, or size entirely).

To be eligible, the customer must:

• Report the discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photographic evidence of the incorrect item received alongside the original order confirmation
• Return the item unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Zenée reserves the right to assess each claim individually. Approved claims will be fulfilled by either dispatching the correct item or issuing store credit at our discretion. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Zenée ships within Pakistan only. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.

6. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the true colour of items. Minor variations in colour, texture, or measurement are not grounds for a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zenée shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use ofour products or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

9. Amendments

Zenée reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
